GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Silver jewelry naturally tarnishes over time. The gentle patina it develops reflects the life and memories it shares with you.

Makeup, perfume, lotions, living in a high-humidity environment, or even your skin's pH can accelerate this process, but there are many ways to care for it:

  • Avoid contact with water and household chemicals. It’s best to remove your pieces before washing your hands, bathing, swimming, or using cleaning products. Can’t bear to take them off? Just make sure to dry them well.

  • Store your silver jewelry in a dry, dust-free place, keeping pieces separate to prevent scratching.

  • Use a soft polishing cloth for regular cleaning, or silver polish for more stubborn tarnish when your jewelry needs a little extra care.

  • Wear your Mía García jewelry often. The natural oils in your skin can also help prevent tarnish, they will keep it looking bright and shiny.

  • Pro tip: Save the best for last. When getting ready, put on your jewelry as the final touch — the cherry on top!
